Some of our sessions can get very busy, trial sessions must be booked in advance using the Book Now button above.
Members must also pre-book on to their chosen classes via our booking app: Nest My Training and scan their attendance for every session at reception (this is a condition of training so we can monitor performance).
Our classes start from age 5 and we cater to all abilities. Our fully qualified and insured Instructors offer tuition in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – both Gi & No Gi – and Adult MMA.
We also have a fully equipped gym available. Members can enjoy unlimited classes plus full use of the gym for £65.00 per month.
Gym only membership is available to non members for £15.00 per month.
Minimum age for the gym is 16. Those aged 14-16 are welcome if accompanied by a membership paying adult.
